Blogger, writer, author currently writing a “coming of middle age” memoir about a year I spent living in rural France with an organic French food and wine expert, traveling to eco villages and biodynamic gardens, and learning how to slow down and savor life.

Co-organizer/Co-lead - RhythmWave, a conscious dance community devoted to “5 Rhythms” and other forms of meditative dance and was one of the co-leader of Pantheogenesis Temple at Entheon Village, Burning Man 2008 where we created a 12,000 sq. foot temple filled with performance, workshops visionary art galleries and healing arts.

Published journalist -- contributed to the San Jose Metro from issue 2 in 1985 to 1993 and many other magazines, like Sunset, Upside, SF Weekly, Pacific Sun, Whole Life Times, CitySports, San Francisco, Gentry/City Living, Yogi Times, San Jose Mercury News. 

Publicist & >Event promoter –  20 yrs. high tech and consumer marketing/PR experience. Helped organize/promote the Yoga for Health Conference, the yoga dome at Earthdance 2006.  Helped promote the Truth Love and Freedom Healing Arts Festival. 

Promote causes I care about – Over the years, I've helped raise awareness of causes I care about on a pro-bono volunteer consulting basis, including: Yoga for Health Conference, Compumentor, Media Alliance, RhythmWave, Desert Survivors, Sierra Club, Friends of the Urban Forest, the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, the effort to save the historic UC Campus at 55 Laguna Street in San Francisco, and others.
